Recommendation Letter Resources
RECOMMENDATION LETTER RESOURCES
Below are forms that the student can fill out to give to the individual(s) recommending him/her for the scholarship. Completing these forms to give to your recommender will allow them to have all the information they need to write you a letter of recommendation. Please give the recommender(s) plenty of notice so that he/she can have time to get the recommendation letters back to you in time to turn in with your scholarships.
College and Career Resources
COLLEGE/CAREER VISIT RESOURCES
Juniors and Seniors are able to take three excused College/Career Visits per school year. Students are responsible for setting up their own college visits by contacting their college of choice for an appointment. The College/Career Visit Request form must be completed on the School Counselor webpage at least three days prior to the college visit. The student will need to print the College/Career Visit Attendance Verification form and take it with him/her to the college. The College/Career Representative will complete the form and attach his/her business card to the form. It is the student's responsibility to return the completed College/Career Visit Attendance Verification Form to the Attendance Office on the first day back to school from the visit to verify the excused absence.
