ATTENTION CCP Seniors:
At the end of your Senior year, you will need to request that a transcript be sent from the college you are earning the CCP credit from to be sent to your future college of attendance. I cannot submit the request as it needs to come directly from the student. This is the only way that your new college of attendance will know that you have already earned credits towards meeting college graduation requirements. Most colleges have this available on-line and can be found by typing "Transcript Request" in the Search bar. If you took CCP classes at Sheridan High School in the past two years, it would have gone through Hocking College. I have attached the link to the Transcript Request for Hocking College below.
