Physical Education
Week of May 11th
Hello families. I hope you are all well and staying active. This will be the last weekly Physical Education assignment for the year. For the week of May 18th, Mr. Johns and I will be creating a video outlining a virtual field day. I will post the video on my web page. I know some teachers will post it on their web page and Facebook groups too. I have also attached a link to a fun game called Pass 11. I am not sure why it is called Pass 11 but it looks fun.
I hope you enjoy the field day with your family. I miss all of you. Have a safe and active summer.
Flip Fitness
The only equipment you will need for this activity is a coin. All you need to do is flip the coin. Refer to the chart for the activity you will need to do. Feel free to adjust the number or length of exercise depending on age or ability.
